We deliver our products within Germany and to many European countries.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

For deliveries within Germany we charge a shipping fee of €3.99. For orders over €29, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €13.99 for deliveries to the following countries:

EU Zone 1:

  • Austria, France, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Monaco

EU Zone 2:

  • Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Greece, Ireland

EU Zone 3:

  • Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

Delivery times

Germany:

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the offer, the delivery time within Germany is 2 – 3 working days after conclusion of the contract. If an advance payment has been agreed, the contract is concluded at the time of your payment instruction.

Please note that there is no shipping or delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

EU zone 1:

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the offer, the delivery time within EU zone 1 is 3 – 6 working days after conclusion of the contract. If an advance payment has been agreed, the contract is concluded at the time of your payment instruction.

EU zone 2:

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the offer, the delivery time within EU zone 2 is 3 – 15 working days after conclusion of the contract. If an advance payment has been agreed, the contract is concluded at the time of your payment instruction.

EU zone 3:

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the offer, the delivery time within EU zone 3 is 3 – 15 working days after conclusion of the contract. If an advance payment has been agreed, the contract is concluded at the time of your payment instruction.
